Bread Maker Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 6 cups strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 package low sugar fruit pectin
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

 

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into bread pan.
  2. Using Cycle 9 Jam, start breadmaker.
  3. After cycle has finished, allow jam to cool about 1 hour before transferring to storage containers.
  4. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or in freezer for 1 year.

Makes: 6 cups
