Cornbread for 1.5 lb. Loaf Breadmaker

Ingredients

 Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:  Breadmakers

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
  • 2 8.5-ounce package corn muffin mix

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
  2. Choose Cycle 4 for Quick Bread and light for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
  3. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
