Ingredients

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:  Coffee Makers

  • 16 tablespoons dark roast ground coffee
  • Coffee filter
  • Water – to 6 cup line
  • Ice cubes
  • 6 shots peppermint schnapps
  • 1 teaspoon sugar per cup, optional
  • Whipped cream
  • 6 peppermint candy canes

Note: For 6 cup BrewStation - ingredients should be 1/2 quantities

Directions

  1. Pour water into water tank.
  2. Place filter and coffee in filter basket.
  3. Fill coffee tank ½ full of ice cubes.
  4. Set auto shutoff to 0  (not available on all models).  If not available, turn unit off immediately after brewing is complete.
  5. Pour 1 shot peppermint schnapps and 1 teaspoon sugar in each 10 ounce glass.
  6. Dispense coffee into glass.
  7. Add ice, if desired
  8. Top with whipped crem.
  9. Garnish with candy cane.
Serves: Six 10 oz servings
