Herb Seasoned Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 24 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine parsley, onion, rosemary, salt and thyme.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with butter.
  3. Sprinkle parsley mixture over popcorn; toss until evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of herb seasoning mixture over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
