Honey Roasted Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 4 racks of pork spareribs (about 4 lbs.)

For Marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Heat roaster oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine garlic, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt, ginger, and pepper sauce; mix well.
  3. Cut ribs to fit into insert pan without touching the sides. Coat spareribs with marinade.
  4. Place spareribs in insert pan and pour 1 cup of marinade over ribs. Roast for one hour.
  5. Add remaining marinade and roast an additional hour.

Serves: 4
