Hot Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 24 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle sugar mixture over popcorn.
  4. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips; toss until evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture over popcorn in tumbler first. Add half of marshmallows and chocolate chips. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
