Low Fat Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

Recommended Ice Cream Maker Size: 1.5 Quart

  • 1 ¼ cups frozen mixed berries, thawed slightly, mashed
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 ½ cups low fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup half ‘n half

Directions

  1. Combine berries and sugar in medium bowl.  Mix well.
  2. Add yogurt and half ‘n half.  Mix well.
  3. Start ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid.
  4. Churn for 20-40 minutes or until desired consistency.
