Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
Grills
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 3/4 pound mahi mahi (or monkfish)

Directions

Success Tip:
We recommend a non-metal dish for marinating. Most marinades contain acidic ingredients, such as vinegar or lemon juice, which react with metal causing off flavors and possibly damaging the container.

Substitution:
If fresh limes are not available, bottled lime juice may be used.

Serves: 2
