Moist Devil's Food Cake for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker
Ingredients
- 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter or vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 18-ounce package Devil’s Food cake mix
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
- Choose Cycle 4 for Quick Bread, and light for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
