Onion Bread for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/8 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter OR vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
- Choose Cycle 1 for Basic Bread, 1.5 pound loaf for size of bread and medium for crust color.
- Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
