Overnight Egg Casserole

Ingredients

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
Roaster Oven
  • 3 cups soft bread cubes
  • 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

1. Preheat Roaster Oven to 375°F.
2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Spread bread cubes in the pan. Sprinkle with cheeses.
3. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and pepper; mix until blended. Pour over bread and cheeses in pan.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, sprinkle crumbled bacon over top of casserole. Place pan in roaster oven on insert rack and bake for one hour.
