Pepper-Dill Bread for 2-lb Loaf Breadmaker
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
- 2 Tablesppons nonfat dry milk
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 Tablespoon instant yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
- Choose Cycle 7 for Express Bread, 2 pound loaf for size of bread and dark for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
