Slow Cooker Party Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 cans (15.5 oz. each) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Directions

  1. Stir beans, onion, ketchup, brown sugar, ground mustard, salt and pepper in cast iron crock.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or MEDIUM for 4 hours.

Serves: 8-10
