Slow Cooker Peach Shortbread Cobbler
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen peach slices
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Using a pastry blender, add butter and blend until mixture is small peas.
- In slow cooker crock, combine frozen peach slices with sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of flour mixture. Stir until peach slices are coated with mixture and spread into an even layer.
- Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over peaches.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
